Job Description

Solar Energy World is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Service Supervisor to lead our team of solar service technicians. The Solar Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch solar service while leading a team of technicians to complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of solar service technicians to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine the scope of work needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain inventory of parts, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the solar service team
  • Monitor and maintain service schedules to ensure timely completion of work orders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of solar technology, installation, and maintenance
  • Understanding of electrical systems and principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
