Job Description:
Solar Energy Partners, a leader in the residential solar industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves setting appointments for our Energy Consultants, engaging with potential customers, and contributing to our mission of delivering quality solar solutions to homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to set appointments for Energy Consultants
- Use CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and appointments
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of appointments
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly appointment-setting targets
- Occasionally travel within the Atlanta area to attend meetings or events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role, preferably in the solar industry
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Team player with a focus on delivering quality solutions to homeowners
Compensation:
- Base pay plus commissions
