**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Evaluator to join our team. The Solar Evaluator is responsible for evaluating the feasibility of solar power installations for residential and commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the renewable energy industry, providing a vital service that benefits the environment and supports sustainable energy sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the solar industry. **Responsibilities:** – Conduct site visits and assess the suitability of properties for solar installations. – Evaluate the energy requirements of clients and provide recommendations for solar power systems. – Utilize software tools to analyze energy consumption and determine the optimal solar panel configuration. – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. – Work effectively in a door-to-door sales environment, building rapport with potential clients and negotiating contracts. – Provide technical information to clients, including the benefits of solar energy and the features of our solar panels. – Use Salesforce to track sales leads and monitor client interactions. – Stay up-to-date with market trends and product developments to provide clients with the best possible solutions. – Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales and installation teams. – Translate sales materials into Spanish for use in Spanish-speaking markets. – Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our solar energy business. **Experience:** – Proven experience in a sales or technical sales role, with a focus on outside sales or door-to-door sales. – Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading a team or mentoring junior sales staff. – Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales software platforms. – Experience in the solar energy industry or a related field, such as energy efficiency or renewable energy. – Experience with software tools, including those used for energy analysis and solar panel configuration. – A bachelor’s degree in a field such as business, engineering, or environmental science. – Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
