The ideal candidate will have experience in any of the following:
– Layout design,
– Proposal preparation
– Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to engineering specifications
– Connect panels to electrical systems
– Assist with the layout and assembly of solar modules and mounting hardware
– Perform electrical testing using tools such as voltmeters
– Operate equipment like forklifts for material handling
– Install fixtures and electrical components
– Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
– Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines
– Work with low voltage systems
Requirements:
– Prior experience as a Solar Installer or related field preferred
– Knowledge of electrical systems and components
– Familiarity with construction site safety protocols
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
– Proficiency in using tools like voltmeters and forklifts
– Understanding of fixture installation techniques
– Knowledge of NEC regulations for electrical installations
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.21 – $45.00 per hour
