Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Service Technician at Solar Connect LLC located in Fresno, CA. The role involves performing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar energy systems. Some flexibility for remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Mechanical, and Technical Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of solar panel installation and maintenance
• Experience with inverters, battery storage systems, and monitoring software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Certifications in solar panel installation or related fields are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
