We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of production, assembly, inventory, procurement, logistics, repairs, and warehouse operations. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, supporting our mission to provide exceptional solar storage solutions. Responsibilities: Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within quality standards. Assembly Oversight: Manage assembly operations to ensure the highest levels of product quality and assembly efficiency. Inventory Control: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste. Procurement: Lead procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at the best prices. Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and manage relationships with transportation providers. Repairs Management: Establish and manage repair processes to ensure quick turnaround times and high customer satisfaction. Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of warehouse facilities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in production management, inventory control, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
