We are committed to promoting clean and renewable energy sources to create a greener future. As a Solar Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission. As a result of new solar projects coming this year, the U.S. solar power generation will grow 75%, so now is the time to join our high performing sales team as we focus on continuing to grow our business.Job Description: As a Solar Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our solar power systems. You will engage with potential customers, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the sales process. This is a full-time position with a focus on achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our solar power systems.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Previous experience in sales plus, a motivated mindset is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of solar energy and our products.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.

Compensation:

This position offers a straight commission structure, providing unlimited earning potential. As a Solar Representative for Smart Green Solar, you can expect to earn $150,000 or more in your first year, based on your sales performance. The more successful you are in generating sales, the higher your earning potential will be.
