We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative with a passion for sales. This role will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance marketing needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential insurance agents/companies through outbound calls, making over 100 calls a day.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Articulate the value propositions and benefits of our company’s products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Utilize sales automation tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.
  • Track key performance metrics and sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, telesales, or call center environments (preferred).
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Experience making over 100 calls a day, including both cold and warm calls.
  • CRM experience and proficiency in sales automation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous sales experience in Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidators, tax relief, insurance agents) is a plus.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $17.10 Hourly base plus UNCAPPED Commissions and Performance Bonuses
  • First Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000
  • Top Performers: Surpassing $150,000 in their second year

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST
  • Onsite at our Newport Beach, CA office

Pay: $36,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
