Job Description

The Customer Service Lead/Client Solutions Lead position, within the Roofing Target Market, is responsible for overseeing a team of 1-4 Client Project Coordinators, as well as the fulfillment of receiving, processing, shipping, and completing customer purchase orders for Sika Sarnafil products and services. In addition, this individual will support the assigned region with high level sales administrative tasks and projects that further improve operational service to customers. This position reports to the Customer Operations Manager, Roofing.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Attain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sika Sarnafil products, services, and operational procedures related to Sales and Distribution.
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency in the SAP Sales and Distribution module to efficiently enter and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
  • Manage the most important customer accounts for the region.
  • Monitor SAP-generated backorder lists, open billing lists, scheduled picking and shipping lists to fulfill customer orders and anticipate customer needs.
  • Ensure proficiency in Salesforce, and help Client Project Cooridinator’s ( CPC’s ) resolve basic Salesforce issues.
  • Working with the Salesforce team to assign the right CPC’s to the appropriate accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, MS Word, MS Excel, IBM Lotus Notes
