As a Solar Sales Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth and managing a team of dedicated sales representatives. Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, and track progress towards achieving goals.
  • Sales Activities: Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, to contribute to overall sales objectives.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the solar energy market to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Sales Leadership: Proven experience in sales leadership or management roles, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Solar Sales Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the solar energy industry, including solar products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
