EPC Project Manager – Solar

Our client is a mid sized owner operator across the domestic US with a focus on utility scale renewable projects.

In this role you would be responsible for the total management of utility scale solar projects from project planning, budgeting, project controls, scheduling as well as providing leadership to ensure project success.

• Working with the site teams and superintendents you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, preparing and managing scopes of work and managing the site teams.
• You will oversee and manage all project billings as well as negotiating with subcontracts and materials suppliers.
• Manage and direct all preconstruction activities
• Organise and lead meetings with all project partners
• Maintain and manage in conjunction with the H&S teams all relevent health and safety requirements.

To succeed in the role you will have:

• An Engineering, Architectural or contstruction background/BS
• A background in utility scale solar projects
• Strong leadership abilities
• Understanding of utility and ISO interconnection
• A strong background in project management and bringing together disparate project teams
