Solar Advisor – Entry Level Position

Semper SolR, a veteran-owned solar energy company based in Illinois, is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Solar Advisor for this entry-level position to join our team!

As an entry-level position, this role offers an amazing opportunity for individuals looking to embark on a rewarding career in the renewable energy industry!

In this role, you will have the chance to educate and inspire others about the benefits and importance of solar energy and the government incentives our residents in Illinois are entitled to!

Compensation:

$80,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Conduct presentations on solar energy to potential customers face to face
• Assist in organizing and coordinating solar energy events and programs, including, demonstrations, and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with members of the team on the education team to create interactive activities that promote understanding and awareness of solar energy!
• Provide an excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• The ability to deliver engaging presentations and educate others about solar energy is essential.
• A High School diploma is required, while College education is considered a bonus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary for planning and coordinating educational events and workshops effectively.
