Lead Appointment Specialist

Semper SolR is looking for an ambitious Appointment Specialist to join our team in Rolling Meadows, IL. We are a diverse and dynamic team that takes pride in our innovative approach to solar education.

As our Appointment Specialist, you will be responsible for using your expertise to safely and accurately inform potential customers about the benefits of going solar and make them aware of the government incentives our residents in Illinois are entitled to, FACE TO FACE.

You will collaborate with our team to learn about the industry, hone your skills, and develop a culture of excellence.

Compensation:

$87,000 – $124,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to arrange and schedule appointments for services face-to-face
• Ensure all appointments are tracked and documented properly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Maintain customer relations by understanding customer needs, providing information, and responding to inquiries

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; Some college is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with and understand different cultural backgrounds
• Proven ability to detect customer needs and provide solutions
• Experience not needed but always a plus
