They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to sell $50k – $200k deals, via direct sales or through distribution channels. The territory available is the entire U.S. and Europe.

About the role

  • Vice President of Sales, leadership position with the goal of building your own team. Fully remote.
  • $125k – $150k base salary commensurate with experience. Double OTE and full benefits.
  • MUST have 5-10 years of experience selling into the OEM space.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time to visit clients. Some travel to Europe may be necessary.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) space. This leadership role provides a unique opportunity to build your own team and help scale The Firm’s sales operations. You’ll work directly with clients across multiple industries and geographies, supporting their critical supply chain needs while driving revenue growth for The Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow business in the OEM sector.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet revenue and performance targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with OEM clients across automotive, aerospace, industrial, and related sectors.
  • Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events, with occasional travel to Europe.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, engineering) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales within the OEM space, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in the electrical or related component manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and building sales teams.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve results.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $125k-$150k, depending on experience.
