We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Solar and Storage in Northern California with a strong background in technical and channel sales to join the Schneider Electric Solar + Storage team.
What will you do?
- Proactively develop and manage relationships with installers to purchase our products through distribution.
- Engage in co-selling activities with distribution partners in coordination with Distribution Sales Managers.
- Coordinate account support with Sales Applications Engineers, Customer Service, Sales Admin, as required.
Qualifications:
- Looking for 6+ years of sales experience
- Experience promoting technical products, solar and storage products are a plus
- Excellent customer relations orientation and great communicator

The U.S. compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $105,000-$157,000 for candidates located within the U.S. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
