Join Our Client’s Team as a Project Manager at a Renowned Renewable Energy EPC

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in leadership, team management, and successful project execution. You will play a pivotal role in steering EPC projects, specifically focusing on utility-scale solar project coordination. This role is tailor-made for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to engage with a company in the midst of exciting growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a talented team, including a Project Engineer, Construction Management, and their respective reports, utilizing our Principle Based Management Philosophy.
• Conduct project forecasting, identifying potential risks and opportunities, in collaboration with the Project Controls team.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal value during project procurement phases.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Estimation departments to secure accurate and competitive project estimates.
• Schedule and manage projects, aiming to meet or surpass project goals with the aid of the Scheduling team.
• Generate timely project reports for stakeholders and clients, maintaining transparency.
• Guarantee compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations, with the support of internal resources.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, exploring strategic opportunities for long-term benefits.

Your Expertise

• Demonstrable supervisory experience.
• Solid background in managing significant EPC projects.
• Proficient in cost estimating, project scheduling, and client interactions.
• Well-versed in understanding contracts, including prime and subcontract agreements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EPC within Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power, or industrial projects.

Work Environment

This remote role requires substantial travel to project sites, ranging up to 50%. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
