The Project M&A team at RWE Clean Energy directly supports the company’s ambitious growth targets by sourcing and executing M&A asset and portfolio acquisition opportunities in utility-scale onshore wind, solar, and storage energy investments in the U.S. and Canada. The team is also responsible for structuring and leading cash equity partnerships and divestments for the company’s existing development, in-construction, and operational assets.
The ideal candidate has experience modeling renewable energy project financials, a creative problem-solving mindset, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities all while keeping the “big picture” of RWE’s best interests in mind.
This position reports directly to the Director of Project M&A Utility Scale, North America for RWE Clean Energy.

Bachelors Degree is required with background in business, finance, accounting, tax or an analytical/quantitative field strongly preferred
