The Manager, Performance and Governance within the Performance & Governance team will contribute to the development, maintenance, measurement, and optimization of the RWE Clean Energy, LLC. (RWECE) EH&S Management System and its corresponding digital performance tools, community page(s), interfaces, etc.
This role will routinely involve project management, data analysis, management system auditing, and the creation & revision of EH&S and business continuity-related programs, policies, procedures, forms, checklists, etc. in accordance with internal requirements, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
The individual in this role must possess demonstrable knowledge, skills, experience, discernment, and interpersonal abilities directly related to the North American energy industry, EH&S (environmental protection, health, safety & physical security) management, and business management.

This position is an office-based / remote role that involves some travel and visits to other RWECE office and field locations. The employee must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time.

Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York is $109,000- $163,000. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
