In light of the solar industry’s rapid expansion, we are in search of talented and experienced sales associates to join our solar division. Solar energy not only benefits the environment but also offers substantial savings on utility bills and enhances property value.
We are looking for individuals who can engage with potential clients through in-home sales presentations, help them navigate our range of solar products and services, and ultimately secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction during the installation process. Candidates with a proven track record of negotiating and closing significant sales (excluding retail experience) are encouraged to apply.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Attend all company meetings as scheduled to stay informed and contribute to company initiatives.
  • Conduct weekly appointments with customers who have already shown interest in our products and services, providing them with detailed information and tailored solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive in-home sales presentations that thoroughly explain the benefits of solar energy. Based on the specific needs of each customer, you will create personalized recommendations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to successfully close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers continuously throughout the installation process to address any concerns and ensure their needs are met, thereby ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promptly provide accurate customer data to the Marketing/Sales manager to support business initiatives and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Consistently represent our company with the utmost professionalism, demonstrating our values and commitment to excellence.
  • Fulfill any other necessary duties or responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the business.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills must enjoy talking to people
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend appointments
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations
  • Should have experience with negotiating and closing sales
  • Self-motivated drive to hit individual goals
  • Independent and able to work with limited supervision
