Position Summary

We are looking to hire a Sales Associate with excellent analytical skills with a passion for technology. A good sales operations member must have excellent organizational skills since they are responsible for managing a large volume of sales data throughout the year. This position will require excellent communication skills since they will work directly with sales representatives and managers to help provide accurate information in a timely manner.

This is a fully-remote role but preference will be given to candidates based in Vermont.

Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Attend business development calls and capture action items for internal team.
  • Distribute notes to stakeholders and track actions until deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery.
  • Create and manage opportunities and estimates in NetSuite.
  • Support sales team with customer outreach, meeting scheduling, and daily tasks.
  • Manage pipeline forecast tasks and ensure priorities align with team objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or sales.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of mechanical solar tracking systems and familiarity with utility-scale solar (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent documentation abilities.
  • Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
