Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and foster business growth within a solar company in Millersville, MD, US.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation specific to the solar industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solar projects.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to establish and accomplish company objectives in the solar construction sector.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and diversification within the solar market.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate operational performance and drive continuous improvement in a solar company setting.
- Supervise training and development programs for staff to maintain a high level of competency in solar operations.
- Act as a primary liaison between departments to enhance communication and teamwork within a solar company context.
- Provide direct support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes related to solar construction.
Qualifications:
