Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation:

$95,000 – $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and foster business growth within a solar company in Millersville, MD, US.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation specific to the solar industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solar projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to establish and accomplish company objectives in the solar construction sector.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and diversification within the solar market.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate operational performance and drive continuous improvement in a solar company setting.
  • Supervise training and development programs for staff to maintain a high level of competency in solar operations.
  • Act as a primary liaison between departments to enhance communication and teamwork within a solar company context.
  • Provide direct support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes related to solar construction.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is required for this role, with an MBA being preferred.
  • Previous experience in Solar and Roofing is highly valued.
  • A successful track record of leadership in a fast-paced operational setting is essential.
  • Profound knowledge of construction operations and project management principles is necessary.
