River Birch Renewable Solutions is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee projects from the initial design phase through to completion. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage high-impact renewable energy projects, with the potential to grow into overseeing facility operations. The scope of work could involve projects and facilities totaling up to $50 million, making this an exciting and growth-oriented position within a leading industry.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Project Lifecycle: Manage renewable energy projects from design, permitting, and planning through construction and final delivery.
2. Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining project profitability.
3. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project progress and compliance.
4. Schedule Management: Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and adjusting plans as needed to meet project milestones.
5. Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project needs and optimize productivity.
6. Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations, conducting regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges or delays.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal environmental regulations and renewable energy standards.
9. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including progress reports, financial documentation, and regulatory compliance reports.
10. Facility Management Preparation: Collaborate on facility management strategies, preparing to transition into an operational role within the renewable energy plant.
Requirements:
· Must have bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Management.
· Must have 10+ years of experience.
· Excellent communicator and team-player.
· Professional, practical, and natural problem-solver.
· Self-starter with a propensity for time management and autonomy.
