Location: Elkhart, Indiana

Job Type: Full-Time $25-$35/hr

Key Duties:

Test and Evaluate: Perform testing on batteries and solar systems to ensure performance, reliability, and safety standards are met.

Product Development: Collaborate with RV manufacturers to develop and integrate new solar and battery systems, enhancing the overall product offering.

Warranty and Technical Support: Assist with warranty claims and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create innovative products and strategies that meet market demands.

Professional Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams through verbal, email, and other channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Operational Support: Be a versatile team player, supporting various aspects, including tasks in the warehouse, office, or other general operations as needed.

Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Typical Work:

Collaborate with internal team members to address current issues and develop solutions with RV manufacturers.

Engage hands-on with prototype installations.

Visit installation locations to test battery and solar system performance.

Assist with minor warehouse duties, including moving products between plants.

Meet with the team to discuss new product ideas and strategies.

Report back to management on ongoing duties, current needs, and project progress.

Qualifications:

Experience with solar systems and battery technologies.

Strong understanding of RV manufacturing and industry trends.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proactive and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
