Job Description

The accountabilities of ReVision Energys Recruiter are to accomplish recruiting needs for all levels of the organization, working in close collaboration with our Regional HR Specialists and hiring managers. The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while acting as their advocate for a just and equitable experience along the way. As a critical member of the HR team, the recruiter will design and implement strategies related to the attraction of talent to ReVision Energy.

This full-time, hybrid position has an in-office expectation of two (2) days per week, including regular daytime travel to various branch locations. The ideal candidate should live within a commutable distance to one of our offices in:

  • South Portland, Maine
  • Brentwood, New Hampshire
  • North Andover, Massachusetts.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Manages the process for posting jobs and advertisements and manages relationships with external partners.
  • Screens applications, selects qualified candidates, and ensures timely follow up with applicants.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, performs phone screens, and provide interview support to managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Supports the internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, offer letters, etc.
  • Supervises the Internship program through collaboration with managers and external partnerships.
  • Partners with HR Branch Specialists to facilitate new employee orientations
  • Partners with hiring managers during the offer process; identifies and recommends compensation ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details, and communicates accurate information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, working hours, etc.).
  • Create reports to show KPIs of company recruiting and how we are tracking towards yearly hiring goals.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends community job fairs and hiring events, leads planning and execution of an annual ReVision Energy job fairs.
  • Identifies, develops, and implements efficient and effective recruiting practices, methods, and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of ReVision Energy.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience preferred
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is required. Experience with UKG and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation experience required.
  • A proven ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for various roles is required.
  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative in independent work is required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines is required.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software is required.
  • The ability to travel to branches in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts to build in-person relationships and support hiring initiatives is required.
