Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers.
Duties:
– Conduct sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets
– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
– Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
– Develop and deliver effective sales presentations
– Negotiate contracts and close deals
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy sales or technical sales
– Strong negotiation skills
– Excellent leadership abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
