Renewable Strategy is expanding our team of experienced personnel to provide safe services of high quality and are seeking two Logistics Coordinators.
You will have an active, hands-on part to play in the smooth operation of the US’s first commercial large-scale windfarm based in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Typical duties will include:
•Registration, monitoring and tracking of tooling, equipment and consumables
•Provide technicians equipment, tooling and consumables lists daily
•Support Offshore Site Manager and team during project
•Attend loading of vessels as required
•Accurate and timely completion of relevant paperwork
•Arrange beds for crews and technicians as required
•Help maximize the utilization of vessels
•Coordinate manifests, crew lists, rotations.
•Shift pattern of 12 hours days with 7 days on and 7 days off
•Ambassador for Renewable Strategy and its safety culture and values
Requirements for success in this role:
•Experience of working as an Operations/ Logistics Coordinator onsite, ideally for 1+ year
•Strong understanding of logistical processes
•”Safety mindset” required with a high focus on Health, Safety, and Environment at work

•Problem Solver
•Experience of windfarms and/ or harbors logistics is desirable but not essential
•MS Office including Excel
