Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Sales Representative/Customer Service Hybrid to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing product information, closing sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy and be adept at both sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed product information and guidance on solar energy solutions
- Assist customers with product selection and order placement
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate sales
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer support and sales processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the solar energy industry
- Strong understanding of solar energy products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close sales and meet sales targets
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
