Compensation: $20-$25 per hour and benefits depending on level of experience.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence.

4. Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new tools and technologies.

Job Overview: As REP continues to expand operations, REP is looking to build out support for our Chief Executive Officer, Jamez Staples. As the Executive Assistant at REP, you will be an essential partner to our executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. This role requires a combination of exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with discretion and professionalism. The executive assistant will also contribute to the building management of a commercial office building owned by REP.

SPECIFIC TASKS

I. Organization:

1. Coordinate and manage complex schedules for executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

3. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, emails, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

4. Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.

5. Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.

6. Prepare documents for executives signature.

II. Management:

1. Oversee general office administration tasks, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

2. Oversee building management tasks including:

a. Manage tenant event scheduling to avoid parking lot and shared-space conflicts.

b. Respond to all tenant inquires on building maintenance and construction issues.

c. Manage contracts with contractors for plumbing, electrical, security (locks/doors), snow removal, trash removal, and other building services.

d. Manage conservation and energy management operations to reduce energy costs and maintain a high-level of occupant comfort.

3. Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects, providing administrative support as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 40 per week
