Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Installer located in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point Area. The Solar Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems. This includes mounting solar panels, wiring systems, and connecting components. The installer will also perform inspections, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Solar Power and Solar Systems knowledge
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Familiarity with the Solar Industry
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications or training in solar installation
• Prior experience in electrical or construction fields is a plus
