Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our President/ CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, planning and coordinating day to day and tasks.

Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
– Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
– Assist in event planning and coordination
– Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
– Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
– Transcribe meeting minutes and follow up on action items
– Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
– Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
– Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional correspondence
– Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus

Pay: Up to $96,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 55 per week
