Job Title: Solar Appointment Setter

Additional $18k performance base bonus with 1 year commitment

Responsibilities:

• Educate Homeowners on the Benefits of Solar through Door-Knocking in Residential Neighborhoods
• Obtain Electric Bill & Set Appt for Experienced Closer
• Attend Weekly Team Trainings at Office (every Tuesday & Thursday)
• Attend Weekly Zoom Training (every Wednesday)
• Provide Excellent Customer Service per Interaction
• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls to schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to potential customers and generate interest in our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Option 1 Pay Below (Minimum 25 Hrs In-Field Canvassing Per Week)
• Option 2 Pay Below (Minimum 15 Hrs In-Field Canvassing Per Week)
• Full Time Position w/ Flexible Work Schedule
• Applicants Must be 18 Years or Older
• Must have Reliable Transportation and Smartphone (IOS Preferred)
• Solar Setter (Canvasser) Applicant Must be able to Physically Canvass in Los Angeles

Qualifications:

• 1+ Yrs Experience in Door to Door Sales
• Sales & Solar Experience
• Bilingual/Multilingual is a Plus
• Enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn with a desire to succeed.

What We Offer (you choose):

• Option 1:

(Base Pay) + (% of Solar Install Commission) + (Tiered Sit Appointment Bonus)

1.) Base Pay = $2000/month (paid $1k every other week)

2.) % Net Solar Install Commission = 15%

3.) Monthly Sit Appointment Bonus (Sit = Your Closer Sits with Homeowners)

• 10 Appts Sat: $500 Bonus
• 15 Appts Sat: $750 Bonus
• 20 Appts Sat: $1000 Bonus

EST Yearly Income: $60k to $80k per year

(Note: Must Set 4 Closed Accounts at 40% Setter / 60% Closer to activate Option 1)

(Note: Minimum 25 Hrs In-Field Canvassing Per Week)

• Option 2:

(% of Solar Install Commission) + (Tiered Sit Appointment Bonus)

1.) Base Pay = $0/month

2.) % Total Commission = 40% (increases to 50% when 25 Closed Deals Occur)

3.) Monthly Sit Appointment Bonus (Sit = Your Closer Sits with Homeowners)

• 10 Appts Sit: $500 Bonus
• 15 Appts Sit: $750 Bonus
• 20 Appts Sit: $1000 Bonus

EST Yearly Income: $80k to $100k per year

(Note: Minimum 15 Hrs In-Field Canvassing Per Week)

Note: In addition to Option 1 & Option 2; Setters receive a Draw Bonus (against future commissions) up to $500 on all Permitted Accounts
