As a Solar Sales Consultant or Manager, you will have the first contact with our customers providing them with information about our products and the benefits of going solar. A solid Solar Sales Consultant provides customers with tailor-made solar solutions and builds rapport with customers to ensure a great experience. The ideal candidate:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Track record in door to door sales
Strongly motivated by money
Quick learner who can pick up sales best practices
Able to multitask while focusing on closing the sale
Able to comprehend basic analytics
A positive outlook and intrinsic desire to achieve results
Responsibilities:
No previous sales experience required
Full-time availability, including weekends
Personable with exceptional presentation and communications skills
Can exude confidence
Coachable and Teachable
A self-starter that works well independently and within a team environment
Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems
Gathering information to accurately identify the customers solar needs
Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping information, and tax credit information
Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits if necessary
Generating potential leads for new accounts
Compensation:
*UPFRONT PAY AVAILABLE*
$1,000-$3,000 per Set appointment that Closes + Bonuses.
First year on target earnings $75,000-$200,000 and higher-performing and experienced employees will earn well north of 6 figures.
