DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
QCELLS Enable is the EPC branch of Qcells for the Commercial, Industrial, Distributed Generation, and Small Utility Scale solar markets. Our mission is to provide world class design and installation of large-scale PV and ESS systems throughout the US. Our position as a leading module manufacturer means we can offer end-to-end solutions for project developers and asset managers. We are expanding our offerings and have several open positions currently in our Teaneck, New Jersey headquarters.
Summary
The Director of Project Management will lead the Project Management department and will play a vital role within the Qcells Enable organization to enable our vision of becoming the Ieading C&I PV and ESS EPC solution provider in US. The Director of Project Management is expected to draw upon a fundamental project management and construction background and direct experience to lead the successful build out of MW scale ground mount solar power systems.
The Director will also build and mentor a large diverse cross functional team located throughout the Americas, as well as oversees a broad network of suppliers and partners.
This position reports to the VP of Operations or another management personnel that President of the Company may designate. This position requires up to 25% travel to our offices or Jobsites.This position is located in Teaneck, NJ

This job position is specific to Qcells USA Corp. only and not any other Hanwha affiliates. The above-listed salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. The salary range shared in the job description is for the listed position and only pertains to the candidate if they work in Irvine, CA. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, geographic location, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications. If candidates are considered for a nationwide role, then the compensation range will follow the marketability of the job function within those states.
