PSE’s Electric Operations team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Resource Coordinator position!

Job Description

Develops technical and analytical reports and systems supporting Departmental operations. Provides expertise in the area of system enhancements and support for management. Utilizes forecasting tools to develop staffing requirements and models. Responsible for scheduling and facilitating agenda for resource process meetings and responsible for gathering information and assimilating staff comments for presentations at weekly update meetings.

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interprets and analyzes information provided from Departmental systems.
  • Supplies management with meaningful reports and diagnostics of its performance on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for the coordination of proper daily staffing assignments.
  • Schedules resource evaluation / review conferences, as needed.
  • Organizes and maintains project proposals and/or documentation for subsequent prudence purposes.
  • Provides technical writing and review support.
  • Designs templates for data organization and display.
  • Prepares and coordinates presentation materials for senior management and/or Board.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in spreadsheet, databases, and word processing applications.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to track and coordinate multiple complex projects.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects and deliver work products to meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience with utility industry.
  • Demonstrated organization, documentation, and prioritization skills

The pay range for this position is $67,800.00 – $96,400.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
