What You’ll Do:
Step into a pivotal role as the Manager for Power System Studies at PSC, where you will drive the success of high-impact power system projects. As a key leader, you will helm a talented team of Power Systems Engineers, guiding them through complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of power systems, as you oversee intricate studies, influence strategic decisions, and engage with clients to ensure exceptional project outcomes. This position offers a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic business development, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

We Offer:
PSC is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At PSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000 to $190,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in our profit share program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, 10 scheduled paid holidays, and 10 days of sick leave. Additionally, regular full-time employees accrue up to 15 days of paid vacation.
