Job Description

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track and maintain correct version history of exhibits and other documents sent and received.
  • Perform document control functions including managing internal and external file repositories, organizing file structures, and ensuring that records are maintained and up to date.
  • Take detailed and relevant notes on contract exhibit calls.
  • Coordinate communication and facilitate meetings between departments. Schedule calls and meetings on behalf of Contracts.
  • Interface with Tax department as necessary; limited interface with Legal as required.
  • Facilitate communication of weekly exhibit updates to Project Managers and involved leadership including weekly status reports delivered to PRE stakeholders.
  • Communicate project needs internally and externally.
  • Maintain diligent records of communicated deadlines.
  • Lead conference calls, manage communication, and function as a face of PRE to the client. Attend appropriate meetings to assess progress on projects and take detailed notes to be shared with stakeholders.
  • Hold others internally and externally responsible for meeting deadlines.
  • Complete project close out with oversight to ensure all contractual requirements are documented appropriately.
  • Manage flow of information to and from clients and communicate project progress to Management.
  • Compare and merge documents in Word.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-5 years experience in EPC Contract Administration and review required.
  • Experience in a role with fluctuating daily responsibilities strongly preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated organizational skillset.
  • Strong interpersonal ability amongst a variety of personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Adobe and/or Bluebeam is preferred.
  • Maintains high comfort level speaking to large and varied groups.

Target Salary – 79,000-90,000
