Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and promoting our solar energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present solar energy solutions.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and the installation process.
- Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service to customers.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation (car).
- Capable of generating leads independently and managing your own sales funnel.
- Ability to work within the Connecticut area and travel as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Previous experience in solar sales or renewable energy is a plus but not required.
