We create customized outreach campaigns aimed at rapidly expanding our client’s customer base and customer retention and to continue our efforts in the local area and expand our customer base, we are hiring a Management Associate immediately.

The Management Associate will focus on customer acquisition and customer retention. They will assist with organizing our sales team and reporting back to the Executive Account Manager. The Management Associate will receive hands-on training on all customer acquisition, sales techniques, brand management strategies, territory management, and compliance standards as well as coaching, mentoring, and career development. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be genuinely excited to grow with a company.

Management Associate Responsibilities:

  • Possess creativity/adaptability to successfully manage the sales territory and effectively address changing business conditions and achieve objectives.
  • Develop and deliver informative sales presentations base on individual customer needs to maximize market share
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Maintain contacts with representatives and important customers to follow up on promotion efforts and keep informed of their needs.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities with the intent to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships and advance the sales process.

Management Associate Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in business development, brand promotions, sales, or account management preferred
  • Comfortable taking on a leadership role and support role within a team (must work well with others)
  • Assertive self-starter with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Highly effective communication skills – oral, written, and group
  • Proven persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
