Job Description

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Solar Production and Sales Assistant who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.

Solar Production and Sales Assistant Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency; 2 (+) years of solar or construction administrative experience; knowledge of solar products, preferred.
  • A passion for home remodeling and solar energy.
  • Verbal, written, computer, and mathematical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Salesforce (I-360), Adobe/ DocuSign, and various administrative applications.
  • Communication, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Solar Production and Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Attend goal-setting meetings with Solar Sales Manager and team.
  • Project pre-sale.
  • Project post-sale.
  • Scheduling.
  • Maintenance/ Post-Install.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
