Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• This job must be performed 100% on-site in the Raleigh – Durham area.
• Executive leadership experience is main criteria – polished leadership presence.
• Develop system architectures and manage electrical subsystems.
• Conduct experiments and perform electrical testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to product specifications.
• Collaborate on technology roadmaps and prototype builds.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain product documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of electrical system design experience.
• Proficient in circuit design, component selection, and PCB layout.
• Experienced with high voltage lithium-ion battery systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small organization.
