Senior Project Manager – Utility-Scale Solar EPC

Location & Schedule: This is an on-site role with a rotational schedule of 4 weeks on-site followed by a 4-5 day long weekend at home. Please consider this schedule carefully before applying, as it may not suit everyone.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale solar projects. This is a site-based role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience managing complex solar projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of utility-scale solar project execution, from planning through commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, project coordinators, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally in utility-scale solar or large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting processes in solar projects.
