Job Details:

• Direct and oversee cell manufacturing processes with a focus on slurry generation, coating, and calendaring.
• Transition cell designs from development to pilot production while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and pilot production teams, ensuring seamless technology integration.
• Manage complex capital projects related to advanced battery manufacturing.
