Senior Construction Manager – Solar // BESS required

Their rapidly growing portfolio includes nearly 3 gigawatts of solar projects across multiple states and over 270 megawatts of battery storage. Position Overview: As a Senior Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of solar energy projects. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and quality while collaborating with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of construction management
• Solar & BESS experience REQUIRED!
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring completion with a focus on safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to field engineers and address complex construction challenges.
• Conduct regular meetings with engineers, contractors, utilities, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with utilities to establish interconnection requirements and processes.
• Liaise with contractors and local authorities to secure necessary licenses and permits.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures through site inspections and checklist management.

Qualifications:

• Team-oriented with troubleshooting skills and experience in human resource management.
• Extensive knowledge of project management, contractor oversight, and utility coordination.
• Familiarity with electrical regulations and project work, including NFPA 70.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and technical drawing interpretation.

Location: Remote / EAST COAST HOURS! (Travel required)

Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 + bonus + benefits
