Project Manager

Piper Maddox is supporting one of our partners with their search for a Project Manager. This person will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and microgrid projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and project performance. This role involves design review, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project turnover.

This person should be comfortable with frequent travel (2 Weeks On-Site / 1 Week Remote). This person can be based anywhere in Central & Eastern time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction of Solar, BESS, and Microgrid projects.
• Oversee design, procurement, and construction processes.
• Ensure compliance with permits, licensing, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Generate reports and ensure proper project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, with electrical experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
