Job Description

A marketing leading clean technology organization is actively looking to grow it’s finance function by appointing a new Project Finance Manager. The hiring manager needs this someone to take the deal completion part of the role off their plate and be able to delegate that responsibility as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate and execute structured finance deals.
  • Talk to investors and external stakeholders and managing the processes of additional capital raises
  • Day to day management of execution of transactions
  • Produce and manage models for varying different deal sizes

Key skills/ requirements

  • 3-7 years’ experience working within a structured / project finance environment ideally within renewable energy, utilities, investment banking or a comparable industry.
  • Track record of executing / leading a deal from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to take responsibility / work autonomously with these projects and be comfortable in communicated to stakeholders
  • Degree in finance, economics or similar industry
