Permit Power is a newly non-profit working to dramatically reduce clean energy equipment installation costs and scale automated permitting to all clean energy equipment across the entire country.

A lot of attention has been paid to the deployment challenges with big clean energy projects (eg interstate transmission or utility scale solar). The deployment challenges for installing rooftop solar, EV chargers, electric heat pumps, and other clean energy equipment are different but similarly problematic, adding trillions of dollars in costs to the clean energy transition. Permitting is a central challenge to deploying clean energy equipment quickly and inexpensively, and the solution – automating permitting – is proven and straightforward.

Join Permit Power to oversee local advocacy campaigns in multiple states to dramatically accelerate the installation of clean energy equipment, from rooftop solar and energy storage to electric heat pumps and EV chargers.

Salary range is $125,000-150,000.
