Your Impact:

We are currently looking for a Field Scheduler for our Engineering department. The primary duties of the Field Scheduler are to optimize Field Engineer scheduling based on fielder locations and the project schedule. The Field Scheduler will also work with internal resources to meet account deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fielder BAU schedules with advanced job assignments
  • Call and email external customer contacts to schedule BAU job assignments
  • Daily communication with the Account Field Manager on workload schedule updates
  • Update Insite with actual completion dates and forecasting estimated completion dates
  • Track, manage, and communicate milestones and deliverables
  • Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is required to support the needs of the team and the customer

Core Experience

  • Preference to a candidate residing in the Central US in the Central or Eastern time zone
  • 1+ years in Administrative or Coordinator roles required
  • Experience in telecommunications preferred
  • Working knowledge of relevant project-related software
  • Expert level ability with Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; travel may be required by air or vehicle
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • SCRUM Master preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred

SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES:

  • Understanding of OSP Telecommunications terminology

Preferred Location: Eastern and Central time zone of continental US

Compensation: $16.00-$23.00 hourly/DOE
