Your Impact:

Are you a highly motivated HVAC Technician who is looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced, rewarding job in the Telecom industry? If so, Pearce has a career for you! Our HVAC Technicians service and repair commercial HVAC units on cell phone towers. This role is a great match for responsible self-starters who are willing to travel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA, company and industry standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in an efficient process
  • Conduct performance checks and regular preventative maintenance
  • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
  • Drive to remote work sites
  • Maintain a company vehicle according to company policies, which will include maintaining vehicle records, ensuring regular maintenance is performed at appropriate times, and the vehicle is always kept clean and in safe working condition
  • Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience:

  • HVAC school will be considered in lieu of experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
  • Must have a valid drivers license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Physical/Work Environment:

At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards.

  • Compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulations
  • Must have the ability to inspect equipment, both visually and audibly
  • May need to pass DOT physical
