Panasonic Energy of North America (PENA) is collaborating with Tesla at a massive battery factory near Reno, Nevada which is known for its quality of life and expansive outdoor adventures. Panasonic’s role at the Gigafactory is to manufacture and supply cylindrical lithium-ion cells to Tesla for their electric vehicles and energy storage systems.
Quality Control Inspectors Job Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Inspector I is responsible for supporting and assisting in auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Will work with Quality Control Inspector II and III levels to support the testing of random samples of finished goods. Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
