Infeed Material Operator – Mooresville, NC
All Infeed Material Operators work on a rotating schedule with every other weekend off. Shifts availabel are below:
Night shift: 7PM-7AM
Compensation:
- Competative starting pay rate $20 an hour

Responsibilities:
Summary: Packs quality finished goods into boxes for shipment and assists Technician with basic line issues in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following:
- Responsible material flow to extruders
- Removes material jams
- Performs housekeeping to keep the raw material and extrusion areas clean.
- Monitors machine operations to ensure material flows properly
- Detects defects or machine malfunctions and makes minor adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoots basic machine problems
- Follows all Company established rules and policies
- Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Must have basic math skills
- Minimum (2) two years of experience sit down. Preferred (1) one year stand-up (reach truck) experience.
- Must be able to work 30 off the ground
- Must have good communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels within the organization
- Must have the ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs occasionally as job demands
- Must have ability to work standing or walking, in a hot environment, for 12 hours with appropriate breaks.
